Confidential Employer in Greenville, SC is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to manage matters from initial case assessment through resolution. You will draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents while developing effective litigation strategies.

You will participate in depositions, hearings, negotiations, and other proceedings, communicate directly with clients, and collaborate with a team to deliver strong advocacy and practical guidance.

Qualificações

• Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with discovery, motions, and litigation case management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail.

Join our Greenville office and enjoy working closely with a team of dedicated legal professionals. We prefer an in-office attorney, particularly for candidates earlier in their careers.

Note

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina and have civil litigation experience. We are particularly interested in attorneys with 2+ years of experience, although strong candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
