Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Insurance designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen, quote, and process new business submissions, including initial review and triage.
• Perform renewal reviews within department authority and make recommendations to the underwriter.
• Process manual coverages by completing accurate rating calculations and attaching appropriate forms.
• Review endorsements to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
• Collect information, perform data entry, analyze risk factors, and coordinate documentation for underwriting files.
• Order reports as requested by underwriters and complete general duties within department authority.
• Provide accurate support to underwriters throughout the new business lifecycle and ongoing renewal account maintenance.
