Requirements

• Provides guidance and support to Commercial Account Managers.
• Assigns daily tasks and sets expectations for team members.
• Trains, coaches, and guides team members on performance and improvement areas.
• Works closely with the Managing Director to support the Commercial Account Executive.
• Supports AM, AE, or Producer in workflows including client research, underwriting, preparing submissions, binding coverage, policy review, and building client relationships.
• Willingness to grow insurance expertise and leadership skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle large workloads with accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AMS360.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.

Required

• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• 5+ years commercial lines insurance experience.
• 2+ years recent experience with AMS360.
• Active P&C license.
