Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group in Kentucky is seeking a Service Representative, Brokerage Placement – Commercial Lines to join our growing team at LocalEdge. The role focuses on policy service, COI handling, and underwriting support to assist in placing commercial lines business.

You will collaborate with agents and partners, prioritize tasks to meet SLAs, and contribute to growth through exceptional service and process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or brokerage service is preferred.
• Knowledge of policy status requests, COIs and risk evaluation.
• Ability to work with underwriters and agents to support placements.

Responsibilities

• Provide policy service activities by phone and electronically within service standards.
• Assist underwriters with agency support activities and complete transactions in first-time-final mode.
• Determine risk classifications and endorsement acceptability; manage day-to-day work priorities.
• Communicate with agencies and internal/external partners to fulfill tasks and build relationships.
