Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Service Representative, Brokerage Placement – Commercial Lines to join our team. This role focuses on policy service, COIs, and risk evaluations while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will collaborate with agents and partners, manage priorities to meet SLAs, and contribute to growth through exceptional service and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business administration or related field; degree preferred.
• One year of related insurance experience preferred; undergraduate degree may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Perform policy service activities by phone and electronically within established time and service standards.
• Assist underwriters with agency support activities and complete transactions in a first time-final mode.
• Determine risk classification to match price and product; make endorsement decisions.
• Prioritize day-to-day work and meet service level agreements.
• Coordinate with agents and internal/external partners to fulfill tasks and improve processes.
