Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Service Representative, Brokerage Placement – Commercial Lines to join our growing team at LocalEdge. The role focuses on policy service by phone, underwriting support, and coordination with agents to grow a profitable book of business.

The candidate will perform policy service tasks, assist underwriters, and collaborate with multiple partners to ensure accurate risk classification and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business administration or related field; degree (preferred).
• One year of related insurance experience (preferred) will consider undergraduate degree in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform policy service activities primarily by phone and electronically within established time and service standards.
• Assist underwriters with agency support activities and aim to complete all transactions in a first time-final mode.
• Consult with agents, internal and external partners regarding customer service activities and share vital information for completing tasks.
• Plan completion of assignments to meet agreed-upon timelines and service level agreements.
• Provide service to agencies by sharing and requesting information to support the business.
