• Supports Account Managers, Producers, and staff to uphold client expectations.
• Processes changes and documents in Applied Epic.
• Builds client relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Explains coverage terms and program options to clients.
• Coordinates with internal departments to ensure timely service.
• Manages workload and prioritizes client service requests.
• Maintains data integrity and timeliness for activities and metrics.
• Keeps client data updated in agency management systems.
• Follows servicing workflows with clear documentation and follow-up actions.
• Develops strong working relationships with producers, managers, carriers, and other teams.
