The role emphasizes local presence, face-to-face interactions, and growth opportunities within a supportive environment. Licensing in VA and a minimum of two years in commercial insurance sales are required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license is required.
• Minimum 2 years in insurance sales, preferably commercial lines.
