Job summary

Frost Bank, via Frost Insurance Agency, seeks a Commercial Lines Account Representative to help review policies for accuracy and coordinate renewal summaries with Producers and Account Managers. You’ll process changes, issue documents, and ensure precise record-keeping for clients.

Key qualifications include a Texas General Lines Agent License or progress toward it, strong communication skills, and a finance/accounting background. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Review policies and policy changes for accuracy and completeness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review all policies and policy changes from carriers for accuracy; advise senior staff of discrepancies.
• Process policy alterations with carriers to fulfill client requests.
• Invoice and deliver policy documents to clients and ensure records are up-to-date.
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage as requested.
• Follow up on billing notices to minimize risk of non-payment.
• Work with Account Managers to prepare renewal summaries and producer applications.
• Assist with account remarketing by ordering Loss Runs to assess claim activity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
