Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
• Active Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative functions including organization, scanning, and printing documents.
• Respond to calls and emails, assisting clients with insurance inquiries.
• Maintain client files and policy details in the agency management system.
• Process applications and support online rating processes.
• Verify premium, policy numbers, and claims documents for accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
