Responsibilities

• Manage administrative functions including organization, scanning, and printing documents.
• Respond to calls and emails, assisting clients with insurance inquiries.

• Process applications and support online rating processes.
• Verify premium, policy numbers, and claims documents for accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues.

Key Qualifications:

Technical & System Proficiency:

• Experience with systems such as Applied Epic and/or AMS360 is a plus!
• Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other relevant software systems as needed

The Core Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative functions, including organization, scanning, and printing documents.
• Respond to all incoming calls and emails, helping clients with insurance inquiries
• Ensure the accuracy of client files and policy details by maintaining records within the agency management system.
• Process applications and provide support for online rating processes.
• Verify and document all critical file information, including premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, and required forms, to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
