The Misch Group, a Cincinnati-based insurance agency, is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients and manage their commercial policies.

In this full-time role, you will handle policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and claims support, issue certificates of insurance and ID cards, and maintain accurate client records to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
