SeibertKeck Insurance Partners seeks a detail-driven SBU Commercial Account Manager to support a high-volume small business commercial lines portfolio. You’ll handle day-to-day servicing, renewals, certificates, endorsements, and billing questions, delivering responsive, relationship-focused service.

Licensed in Ohio or willing to obtain, with at least 1 year of commercial lines experience. This hybrid role offers flexibility across our Ohio or Kentucky locations and a strong path in client

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial lines P&C insurance experience.
• Active Ohio Property & Casualty license.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Build & Maintain Client Relationships with clients, underwriters, and producers.
• Maintain high satisfaction within your assigned book of business.
• Conduct periodic service calls and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for certificates, endorsements, billing questions, and policy changes.
• Begin renewal preparation 90 days prior to expiration; deliver renewals per procedures.
• Review accounts for opportunities and document recommendations to prevent E&O exposure.
