USI Insurance Services is seeking an Accounts Associate to assist Account Managers in servicing Select Commercial Lines clients up to $15,000 in revenue. You will review policies, endorsements, and renewals, and maintain client information in the agency systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Must hold Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced team.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process client policies, endorsements, and renewals for accuracy.
• Maintain client information in agency management systems.
• Coordinate with carriers for loss runs and endorsements.
• Prepare renewal proposals and participate in client meetings.
• Invoice policies and manage escalations as needed.
• Support Account Managers to retain clients and grow account revenue.
