Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Management & Service professional to provide technical insurance support for commercial lines in a fast-paced office in Florida. You will serve as the primary contact for insured clients, manage policy documents, endorsements, and premium processes.

You will coordinate with Account Executives, process COIs/EOPs within tight SLAs, and ensure accurate policy data in our systems. A Florida 4-40 license with 1–2 years in client support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong technical insurance knowledge and background.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for insured clients, responding to inquiries about policies, coverage, billing and service needs.
• Generates and processes COIs and EOPs within 24–48 hours and flags discrepancies to the account manager.
• Maintains responsive client communication per HUB Service Standards for all inquiries.
• Processes policy endorsements by updating vehicles, drivers, addresses and contact information.
• Retrieves and distributes policy documents from carrier portals to support Account Executives and Managers.
• Manages premium payments, cancellations, and status updates with clients and internal teams.
• Creates and maintains Summaries of Insurance for client review and renewal preparation.
• Reviews new/renewal policies for accuracy and coordinates corrections with carriers.
• Sends policies to insured after verification.
• Coordinates and tracks loss run requests for account review.
• Supports premium audit processes by gathering required documentation.
