Job summary

HUB International in Florida is seeking an Account Manager to manage assigned commercial lines accounts and support Account Executives. You will renew, endorse, and service client portfolios, coordinating with markets and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and compliance.

The role requires a Florida 2-20 license, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and strong customer service. This position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities within HUB.

Responsibilities

• Prepare renewal submissions and submit to markets.
• Prepare client renewals including proposals and presentations.
• Process endorsements and update policy information.
• Generate proof of insurance for insureds, mortgages, and lessors.
• Retrieve policy documents from portals and respond to inquiries.
• Handle cancellations and final audits.
• Monitor pre-renewal process and loss run requests.
• Draft and send close-out letters.
• Provide client support across all decision makers and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee servicing the account and client satisfaction

SUMMARY

The Account Manager will have an assigned book and provide support to clients and the Account Executives as needed, in obtaining, maintaining, and servicing commercial lines accounts. This position requires to meet the overall needs of the clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare renewal submissions, submit to markets, compare quotes to then present the best options to our clients.
• Prepares client renewals including proposals and presentations.
• Processes endorsements across several different lines of insurance by adding/deleting vehicles and drivers, mailing addresses, contact information, premise addresses, etc.
• Generates proof of insurance for insureds, mortgages, and lessors
• Retrieves policy documentation from various insurance portals
• Handle cancellations
• Answers insurer’s inquiries and addresses concerns
• Process final audits
• Monitor pre-renewal process including loss run requests
• Drafts and sends close out letters
• Provides client support with all levels of client’s decision-makers as well as the day-to-day technical client representatives.
• Oversees all aspects of servicing the account and client satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a valid Florida 2-20 license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance client support
• Excellent customer service and good work ethic
• Department Account Management & Service
• Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Required Travel: Negligible
• Required Education: Some college (no degree)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Strong technical knowledge of coverage in all commercial lines insurance
• Knowledge of EPIC system a plus
• Knowledge of commercial lines insurance and products
• Ability to work independently but also assists members of the team
• Maintains a professional attitude under pressure
• Strong sense of accountability
• Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge
