Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. You will work under a lead servicer, deliver excellent client service, and help ensure retention by maintaining accurate policy data and timely communications.

The role requires 0-2 years in Commercial Property and Casualty, and a Property & Casualty license or progress toward one within a specified timeframe. Strong MS Office and EPIC skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or pursuing a state Property & Casualty license within the required time frame.
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and forms.
• Endorse policies in EPIC and create activities for team members.
• Order loss runs and support a lead servicer in a high-volume book of business.
