Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist to execute account management and policy servicing tasks. You will process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely responses to client requests.

Role requires familiarity with risk placement, carrier systems, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and bilingual ability are preferred, with licensing and certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Customer Service preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, insurance ratings and underwriting procedures preferred.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Processes policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in the Agency Management System.
• Enters and rates policies on carrier websites and orders new policies as needed.
• Issues standard certificates of insurance and related forms.
• Monitors payment status to prevent cancellations and notifies the Account Manager if risk of non-payment.
• Orders MVRs and loss runs as directed.
• Acts as backup for office phones and walk-in traffic.
