Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist to handle administrative tasks for account management and policy servicing. Responsibilities include processing endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and maintaining accurate client records.

The role supports client experience and compliance, with backup coverage for phones and walk-ins. A license may be needed within 90 days; AINS/CISR preferred. English/Spanish bilingualism preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, ratings and underwriting procedures.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maintains client files and ensures accurate account information.
• Processes policy change requests and endorsements for accuracy.
• Orders renewal policies and processes them in the Agency Management System.
• Issues standard certificates of insurance, auto ID cards and other forms for policyholders.
• Prepares policy cancellation/lost policy release forms and sends to clients.
• Follows up on policy cancellations as needed.
• Acts as a backup for office phone calls and walk-in traffic as needed.
