Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. Under the direction of a lead servicer, the role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The position requires 0-2 years of Commercial Property and Casualty experience and may require obtaining a Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.

Responsibilities

• Supports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time to meet the client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance, etc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team members
• Order loss runs

Position Summary
