Job summary

World Insurance Associates, based in Wayne, New Jersey, seeks an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business under a lead servicer.

You will set up and maintain account details in EPIC, prepare standard communications, endorse policies, and create activities for the team. 0–2 years of Commercial Property and Casualty experience and an active P&C license or enrollment are expected, with a HS diploma required.

Position Summary

The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines bookofselectbusiness. Under the direction of a lead servicer, this positionconsistently providesexcellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports leadservicerin effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately andon-timeto meet theclientneeds.
• Set up andmaintainaccurateaccount details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests,proofs of insuranceetc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicableteam-member.
• Order loss runs

Work Experience

• 0-2 years’ experience inCommercialProperty and Casualty

Professional Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance licensewithin a specifiedtime frame
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals.

Compensation

This position is located in New Jersey. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $42,900 to $53,600. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications. Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk.
