Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. You will provide excellent service to clients under the direction of a lead servicer.

The role requires 0-2 years of Commercial Property and Casualty experience, HS diploma, and licensing in Property & Casualty or eligibility to obtain it. Proficiency in MS Office and EPIC will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame.

Responsibilities

• Supports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business to meet client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Leverage templates and system letters to produce standard communications to clients and carriers.
• Endorse policy in EPIC.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign team members; order loss runs.

Position Summary

The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines bookofselectbusiness. Under the direction of a lead servicer, this positionconsistently providesexcellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports leadservicerin effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately andon-timeto meet theclientneeds.
• Set up andmaintainaccurateaccount details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests,proofs of insuranceetc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicableteam-member.
• Order loss runs

Work Experience

• 0-2 years’ experience inCommercialProperty and Casualty

Professional Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance licensewithin a specifiedtime frame
