World Insurance Associates seeks an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book. You will work under a lead servicer to ensure timely, accurate service for clients and carriers using EPIC for policy details and communications.

The role requires 0-2 years in Commercial Property and Casualty, along with an active or pending Property & Casualty license. Strong Excel/Word skills and solid communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in Commercial Property and Casualty.
• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Produce standard communications to clients and carriers using templates and forms.
• Endorse policy in EPIC.

Position Summary

The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines bookofselectbusiness. Under the direction of a lead servicer, this positionconsistently providesexcellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supports leadservicerin effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately andon-timeto meet theclientneeds.
• Set up andmaintainaccurateaccount details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests,proofs of insuranceetc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicableteam-member.
• Order loss runs

Work Experience

• 0-2 years’ experience inCommercialProperty and Casualty

Professional Licenses/Certifications

• Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance licensewithin a specifiedtime frame
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Typing, grasping, and repetitive motion typically is required every day, and walking and standing are required occasionally.
