Job summary

World Insurance Associates seeks an Associate Client Representative to support a high-volume Commercial Lines book of business. Under a lead servicer, you will deliver excellent client service, help maintain policy details in EPIC, and prepare communications to clients and carriers.

The role requires 0-2 years in Commercial Property and Casualty, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to learn coverage fundamentals. A state Property & Casualty license within the required timeframe is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office.
• Able to learn coverage fundamentals.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on time to meet the client needs.
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance, etc.
• Endorse policy in EPIC.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team member.
• Order loss runs.

Position Summary

The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines bookofselectbusiness. Under the direction of a lead servicer, this positionconsistently providesexcellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Professional Licenses/Certifications

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
