Job summary

gpac is seeking a motivated insurance professional to support a commercial lines book of business. You will assist the Account Manager, ensure accurate policy updates, and communicate with clients and producers on coverage questions.

The role emphasizes timely renewals, submissions, and RFQs, with opportunities to market products and strengthen client relationships. Strong AMS360 and rating system skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Commercial lines knowledge and license required (2-20 or 4-40).
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating.
• Experience using AMS360 and online rating systems.
• Excellent time management, goal orientation and self-motivation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Working with primarily Commercial lines


• Assist Account Manager with Book of business


• Provide exemplary customer service to clients


• Accurately input policy updates and account information


• Communicate with client and producer in regard to policy and coverage related questions and information.


• Prepare new renewals, submissions, rates and RFQ's


• Ability to market various products


• Consistent and timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Desired Skills

• Commercial Lines 2-20 or 4-40 License Required


• Minimum 3 years experience


• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage & rating


• Ability to think outside the box with excellent time management skills

• Experience utilizing online rating software and various insurance carrier online systems


• Experience with AMS360 management software


• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
