Job summary

gpac in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Commercial Lines CSR to manage a large, diversified book of business in a fast-paced, team environment. You will assist Account Managers, provide exceptional client service, and input policy updates and account information accurately.

You will communicate with clients and producers about policy questions, prepare renewals and RFQs, and market various products while maintaining strong carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Commercial lines license 2-20 or 4-40 required.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating.
• Think outside the box with excellent time management skills.
• Goal oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience using online rating software and carrier online systems.
• Experience with AMS360 management software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Industry designations are a plus.
