Brown & Brown in Plano, TX is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our growing team. The role focuses on retention and growth of an assigned book of business, building relationships with clients and prospects to achieve satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading renewals, handling certificates of insurance and endorsements, and identifying coverage gaps. Licensure and strong knowledge of commercial lines are required to support client needs and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverage.
• 4+ years’ service/retail general agency experience.
• Experience with AMS 360 and ImageRight preferred.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate relationships with clients, prospects, carrier partners, and teammates to drive retention and new business.
• Lead renewal process for assigned book of business.
• Oversee the completion of administrative tasks including issuance of certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and processing policies/endorsements.
• Identify gaps in coverage and advise client and prospective clients with options; work through complex coverage needs.
• Review and document internal compliance and client disclosure requirements, policies, endorsements, and certificates to ensure understanding of client expectations, legal requirements, and insurance operations.
• Help grow the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals.
• Support marketing and sales teams.
• Follow agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
