Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C license, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals; maintain data accuracy in agency systems.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team; ensure timely service.
