Job summary

Impact Performance Team is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a growing book of commercial accounts, renewals, and proactive client service. This role is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and essential to delivering the FirstMark experience.

Your responsibilities include renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage support while collaborating with producers, carriers, and internal teams. A licensed P&C professional with strong communication skills is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Must have a current P&C license in your state.
• May be located anywhere nationwide but must be able to work PST hours (8-5, M-F).
• Strong communication and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals for an established commercial book of business
• Provide ongoing client care, endorsements, certificates, and coverage support
• Collaborate closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams
• Identify coverage gaps and support long-term risk management conversations
• Deliver timely, accurate, and thoughtful service to our clients
• Partner with our incredible teams to deliver a world-class, boutique client experience in every single interaction.
