Insure Pacific in Idaho is seeking a full-time, relationship-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to support commercial lines across offices. You will manage client accounts from initial contact through policy binding and ongoing service.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service. Hawksoft experience and a Property & Casualty license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of Commercial Lines experience as an Account Manager with an independent insurance agency
• License: Property & Casualty (ANY State)
• License: Property & Casualty (OR)
• Hawksoft experience
• Google Docs proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts from initial contact through policy binding and ongoing service.
• Process policy changes, certificates, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements accurately and promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Review client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Prepare applications, gather underwriting information, and market accounts to carriers.
• Meet agency service standards, production goals, and retention objectives.
• Keep organized, prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records in the agency management system (Hawksoft).
