Job summary

Insure Pacific is seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager to support commercial lines across all offices, including Prineville Insurance and Gerald Ross Agency. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and can manage accounts independently while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years of Commercial Lines experience with an independent agency, Property & Casualty license, and proficiency with Hawksoft.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Commercial Lines experience as an Account Manager with an independent insurance agency.
• License: Property & Casualty (ANY State)
• Proficient with Hawksoft and client-facing service.
• Strong organizational and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts from initial contact through policy binding and ongoing service.
• Process policy changes, certificates, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements accurately.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Review client needs and tailor insurance solutions.
• Prepare applications and gather underwriting information for carriers.
• Meet agency service standards, production goals and retention objectives.
• Keep documentation and records updated in the agency management system.
