Qualifications

• Active P&C license or ability to obtain upon hire.

• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with risk advisors and Towne staff on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carriers, underwriters, and partners.
• Handle endorsements, audits, cancellations, and claims accurately and timely.
• Listen to client needs, build rapport, and improve policy retention.
• Use agency systems (Applied Epic) for customer handling.
