Job summary

Insurance Relief in California is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage a general book of commercial business and serve a diverse client base.

You will coordinate certificates, endorsements, and underwriting information, while building lasting client relationships.

The role requires an active Property & Casualty license, 5+ years of industry experience, and proficiency with agency management systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Experience servicing a general book of commercial business (GL, Workers' Comp, Commercial Auto).
• Proficiency with agency management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook and carrier websites.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, plus strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing accounts of mostly small to midsize clients.
• Provide a positive customer experience to all clients.
• Build client relationships with trust and professionalism.
• Process certificates, notices of cancellations, and endorsements.
• Submit applications with underwriting information provided by the producer.
• Market new and renewal business.

How You'll Power the Team:

• Experience: 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management


• License: Active Property & Casualty license


• Software: Insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position


• Comprehensive knowledge: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.


• Book of Business: Experience servicing a general book of commercial business (e.g., General Liability, Workers' Comp, Commercial Auto)

Your Daily Contributions:

• Servicing accounts of mostly small to midsize accounts
