Job summary

Staff Financial Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Client Assistant to service and retain a book of business. You will be the main contact for clients and carriers, handling policy changes, certificates, claims, billing, and renewals.

Applied Epic experience is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines while delivering accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• 2–3+ years of commercial lines account management or CSR experience at an agency.
• Understanding of GL, Property, Auto, Workers' Comp, and Umbrella coverages.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines and produce clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of commercial accounts and respond to client requests by email, mail, and phone.
• Handle smaller accounts from start to finish.
• Review contracts and leases for insurance requirements.
• Process changes, endorsements, and issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID cards.
• Assist with renewals, submissions, and proposals for carriers.
• Take first notice of loss calls and coordinate claims with carriers and adjusters.
• Invoice and manage aged receivables and review premium audits.
