Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Georgia Property & Casualty License.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong administrative and data management skills.

Responsibilities

Support the Commercial Lines team with policy servicing and administrative activities throughout the client lifecycle.
Process incoming requests, service activities, carrier correspondence, and assigned tasks accurately.
Review and process carrier downloads while maintaining AMS360 policy information.
Maintain accurate policy records, customer profiles, and account documentation.
Assist with policy checking, documentation, and quality control processes.
Generate reports and provide administrative support to account management and leadership teams.
Help ensure a high level of service and operational excellence for clients and internal partners.
