NorthPoint Search Group seeks a detail-oriented Client Assistant - Commercial Insurance in Atlanta, GA to service and retain a book of business at an independent agency. You will be the main contact for clients and carriers, handling policy changes, certificates, claims, billing, and renewals.

The ideal candidate holds an active Property & Casulty license with 2–3+ years in commercial lines and familiarity with Applied Epic.

Qualifikationen

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 2–3+ years of commercial lines account management or CSR experience.
• Understanding of commercial coverages such as GL, Property, Auto, Workers' Comp, and Umbrella.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to handle many tasks with deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage a book of commercial accounts and answer client requests by email, mail, and phone.
• Handle smaller accounts on your own from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients and carriers promptly and professionally.
• Review contracts and leases for insurance requirements.
• Process change requests and endorsements.
• Check new and renewal policies for accuracy, then deliver them to clients.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID cards.
• Enter applications and keep client files up to date in Applied Epic.
