Job summary

Staff Financial Group in Roswell, GA seeks a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and retain a book of business at an independent agency. You’ll be the main contact for clients and carriers, handling policy changes, certificates, renewals, and billing.

You’ll use Applied Epic to manage applications, endorsements, and submissions, while delivering prompt, professional service and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 2–3+ years of commercial lines account management or CSR experience.
• Knowledge of GL, Property, Auto, Workers' Comp, and Umbrella coverages.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of commercial accounts and respond to client requests by email, mail, and phone.
• Process change requests and endorsements; review policies for accuracy.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID cards; deliver policies to clients.
• Enter applications in Applied Epic and maintain client files.
• Assist with renewals and prepare submissions and proposals for carriers.
• Build rate and premium spreadsheets; summarize insurance for clients.
