Qualifications

• Missouri Property & Casualty License required.
• 2+ years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360.
• Insurance designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU, CLU, etc.) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for commercial insurance clients.
• Build and maintain relationships through outstanding service and communication.
• Prepare new business and renewal submissions, review coverage options, and present solutions tailored to client needs.
• Partner closely with producers to support account growth and retention.
• Analyze policies for accuracy and identify coverage opportunities that benefit clients.
• Manage policy changes, certificates, endorsements, audits, claims support, and renewals.
• Maintain detailed account records and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
