Job summary

First State Bancshares Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.

You will act as trusted advisor, prepare submissions, review coverages, and collaborate with producers to tailor solutions that protect clients' businesses. Ideal candidates have a Missouri P&C license, 2+ years in commercial account management, strong communication, and experience with AMS360 and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Missouri Property & Casualty License required.
• 2+ years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS360.
• Insurance designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU, CLU, etc.) are a plus.
