Role Summary

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance clients. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact, addressing client needs, processing renewals, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial insurance coveragesand industry trends, as well as excellent communication and time management skills.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for all service needs of your assigned book of business.
• Assess and evaluate renewal requests for compliance with underwriting guidelines, providing assistance when needed.
• Work with Account Associates to ensure tasks related to assigned accounts, including binding coverage, invoicing, and collecting premiums are handled properly.
• Focus on client retention, working collaboratively with the Sales Consultantto ensure a high retention rate.
• Manage customerrequests and correspondence related to assigned clients, covering desks for the team as needed.
• Stay informed aboutrates, forms, and coverage changes, and acquireknowledge of the company's submissions and proposals process for policies.

What You Will Bring
