Jonus Group seeks an Associate Account Manager - Commercial Lines to support expansion and service a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a strong insurance background, exceptional organization, and excellent communication to manage and service accounts from Fresno and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in a similar insurance role.
• Licenses required: Property & Casualty (P&C).
• Experience quoting via online portals and managing certificates of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of commercial accounts including Contractors, Real Estate, Farm/Ag and Trucking.
• Handle smaller accounts independently; support larger, more complex accounts.
• Quote new/renewal business using online portals and AMS 360.
• Issue certificates of insurance and ensure accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with producers and team for excellent client service.
• Maintain client records in AMS 360.

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Account Manager - Commercial Lines to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting a expansion efforts and will play a key part in managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing complex commercial accounts, including Contractors, Real Estate, Farm/Ag, and Trucking, with premiums ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
• Handle smaller business accounts independently while providing support on larger, more intricate accounts.
• Quote new and renewal business using online portals and AMS 360 software.
• Issue certificates of insurance and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintain and update client records in AMS 360.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in AMS 360 software is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to quote using online portals.
• Strong experience with certificates of insurance is a must.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
