Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and service an assigned book of small commercial accounts.
• Support Account Executives and senior team members with larger, more complex commercial accounts.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and day-to-day client servicing.
• Prepare carrier submissions, applications, proposals, and renewal documentation.
• Review coverage options, compare quotes, and assist with marketing and placement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, improved coverage, and client retention.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure accurate, timely client support.

We're partnering with an established, well-respected insurance brokerage that's looking to add a Commercial Lines Account Manager to its growing team in the Fresno/Bakersfield area.

You'll work alongside experienced Account Executives and Account Managers, supporting larger commercial accounts while independently managing a smaller book of business.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities while working collaboratively with a team.
• Interest in continued professional development and career advancement.
• Insurance designations or progress toward a designation are a plus.
• $61,000–$88,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
