Job summary

HUB International is hiring for a Commercial Lines Account Coordinator to provide professional service to customers, carriers and colleagues. The role focuses on certificate processing, property evidence, loss run requests and renewal activity entry, with support for account managers and ongoing professional development.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in commercial lines, be licensed or willing to obtain within 90 days, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills in

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of commercial lines experience preferred.
• Property and Casualty producer’s license or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a positive team environment and independently.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process Certificates of Insurance.
• Complete Evidences of Property.
• Request Loss Runs from Insurance carriers.
• Issue Auto ID cards.
• Create loss summaries.
• Enter renewal activities into agency management system.
• Assist Account Managers with other duties as needed.
• Pursue a program for personal and professional development.
• Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management.
