HUB International is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to support account executives and producers by servicing clients, processing renewals, and coordinating with insurers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2+ years of Commercial Lines experience preferred.
• Active Property and Casualty License preferred or willing to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Issue auto ID cards, binders, certificates and input information.
• Process new business and renewals.
• Assist Account Managers and Account Executives with updates and policy changes.
• Prepare policies to be delivered and handle invoicing.
• Handle claims intake for the unit.
• Provide general administrative support and file scanning.
