Job summary

HUB International Limited is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Coordinator in Chicago to deliver professional service to clients, manage certificates of insurance, and support account managers. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork and ongoing development within a leading insurance brokerage.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of commercial lines experience, a valid Property and Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days), and strong communication and organizational skills to

Qualifications

• 1–2 years commercial lines experience preferred.
• Property and Casualty producer’s license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient with standard office tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work in a positive team environment and independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Certificates of Insurance.
• Complete Evidences of Property.
• Request Loss Runs from Insurance carriers.
• Issue Auto ID cards.
• Create loss summaries.
• Enter renewal activities into agency management system.
• Assist Account Managers with other duties as needed.
• Pursue a program for personal and professional development.
• Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a detail-oriented team player. The Commercial Lines Account Coordinator will provide professional and courteous service to our customers, carrier representatives, and HUB colleagues.

In This Role, You Will

• Process Certificates of Insurance

The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HAS and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits such as vacation, sick, personal, floating holidays and company holidays. In addition, eligible annual bonuses, equity and commissions may be available for some positions.
