Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active property & casualty licensing; professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and producers.
• Manage policy expirations, renewals, and correspondence with clients.
• Process policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
• Support continuous improvement and adhere to IOA values.
