Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in commercial lending documentation.
• Knowledge of commercial lending, loan closings, and loan booking processes.
• Familiarity with loan documentation systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between Lender, Credit, Loan Processing, and Loan Servicing teams from intake to closing, booking, and servicing.
• Provide administrative and operational support to one or more Business Development Officers, including pipeline management and issue resolution.
• Handle daily client communications, coordinating requests and gathering required documentation.
• Assist with new loan requests by completing intake steps and preparing loan write-ups for Loan Committee review.
• Attend Internal and Director’s Loan Committee meetings and support follow-up actions.
• Coordinate third-party services such as appraisals and title work and review related documentation.
• Work with Loan Processing to ensure underwriting and closing conditions are met; verify documents.
• Assist Lenders in gathering information to move loans to closing and provide status updates.
• Monitor renewals, annual reviews, maturities, insurance expirations, and construction draws for portfolio management.
• Manage construction draw documentation and submit complete packages for payment.
• Provide status updates to management during weekly meetings when Lender is unavailable.
• Support SBA loan processing and perform additional loan administration duties.
