Qualifikationen

• Experience with commercial loans from request, through approval, appraisal, title work, and documentation through closing and post-closing.
• Experience with loan advances through the inspection for percentage of completion process.
• Experience in portfolio maintenance such as clearing of technical and financial exceptions, collection of past dues, renewal of matured loans, and updating inventory.
