Job summary

Sikorsky Credit Union is seeking a Business Lending Specialist to support the Business Lending team with loan portfolio maintenance, servicing, and administration. You will assist with onboarding, document gathering, and annual reviews, while maintaining strong borrower relationships.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration with members, co-workers, and vendors in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; banking/credit union experience is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in relationship management with commercial borrowers.
• Proficient in accounting and financial statement analysis.
• Strong communication, time management, detail orientation and teamwork.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365; Fiserv DNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist loan administration support: portfolio management and onboarding.
• Maintain loan files and gather updated financial documents from borrowers.
• Support annual financial reviews and loan portfolio management.
• Prepare and maintain reports for management.
• Serve as contact for borrowers with updated financial information.
• Assist with boarding loans to core system and account maintenance.
• Promote a positive, professional atmosphere with members and staff.
