• Counsels loan customers on financing options and strategy when needed.
• Negotiates credit terms and collateral specifications.
• Reviews laws and regulations influencing business lending and makes recommendations.
• Performs business development activities to identify new prospects.
• Assesses workflow in Commercial Lending and identifies improvements.
